MADRID - Real Madrid narrowly won 2-1 over Black Bats Valencia in the Spanish League continued at the Santiago Bernabeu on Saturday (29/04/2017).
Defender Marcelo scored the winner when four minutes remaining.
Cristiano Ronaldo opened the scoring in the 27th minute through header.
Ball forward Daniel Carvajal greeted header that made the ball bounce the ground before entering the goal through the far post.
Valencia replied in 82 minutes through Dani Parejo's beautiful free kick.
Luckily for Madrid, Marcelo scored on 86 minutes with a right-foot shot.
This thin victory is enough for Madrid to coup Barcelona from the top of the standings.
Madrid now has 81 points from 34 games, three ahead of second-placed Barcelona with four matches left.
